As a member of the Canadian Virtual Assistant Network, I adhere to their Code of Ethics:

Members shall work within integrity and honesty at all times and provide only those services that they are qualified to provide.

Members must uphold a 100% confidentiality agreement with clients and colleagues. No confidential information shall be used for personal gain.

Members shall not knowingly be a part of any illegal or unethical activity.

Members must engage in professional development in order to remain current in their skills and technical abilities as a Virtual Assistant.

Members will not conduct themselves in any way that would jeopardize the reputation of the CVAN.
ABOUT ME

I worked as a production coordinator for an advertising agency for 15 years, preceded by 2 years in marketing research. I gained a solid understanding of what it takes to organize and complete a job. I am used to managing many projects at once, and have an eye for detail. I am the one who notices the little things like spelling errors and a lack of consistent graphic standards.

In 2004, I branched out to become a Virtual Assistant. I am here to help you - to relieve the stress you feel when you're overwhelmed and under the gun. I'm a big believer in earning a living at what you are good at. You are probably a very busy entrepeneur whose time is better spent on what you do best - not tending to the little things that make your life run smoothly behind the scenes. I am here to make you more efficient!

I am currently pursuing my Marketing Diploma through BCIT and will be completed in the next few months. I also have a diploma from a now-defunct secretarial college (MTC College of Business)
