As a member of the Canadian Virtual Assistant
Network, I adhere to their Code of Ethics:
Members shall work within integrity and honesty at all
times and provide only those services that they are
qualified to provide.
Members must uphold a 100% confidentiality agreement
with clients and colleagues. No confidential information
shall be used for personal gain.
Members shall not knowingly be a part of any illegal
or unethical activity.
Members must engage in professional development in order
to remain current in their skills and technical abilities
as a Virtual Assistant.
Members will not conduct themselves in any way that
would jeopardize the reputation of the CVAN. |

RATES |
My standard starting rate is $35 per hour.
- Upon request, I can quote on a per-project basis.
- I bill in increments of 15 minutes with a 2 hour
minimum.
- Payment is 50% due up front (based on estimated
number of hours), and 50% billed upon completion
(with terms of net 30 days).
- Specialty projects (i.e. web design) are subject
to higher rates.
- A 10% discount is offered for first time clients
(or if you are another VA subcontracting me).
- All out-of-pocket expenses are in addition to my
hourly fee and will be subject to the same terms.
- All expenses will be marked-up 15%.
- Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Organized
Concepts), cash or PayPal.
- A triple non-fat latte encourages rush delivery.
